Hi, let's brainwash our children because we are

I sure am glad the democrats are there to save the world.
Why do people sink so low as to try and get into our children's minds, through literature, live broadcasts, commercials full of celebrities telling them to be servants to our president -- really? I know this is all old news, but this little book, "Mama Voted For Obama", completely flabbergasted me. I mean, is this serious? Really?
Preying on the minds of the young and easily persuaded. Rallying the college students. That's fun. Maybe it wouldn't irk me so much if Obama was ever on time. Is it so hard to be on time? Where is the responsibility? Three hours late is pushing it. But those kids probably didn't really care. Addressing the Nation, however, and being TWENTY minutes late, that's ridiculous. I mean if I was late at my job, habitually, I would be fired.
I must say, on a different note, I am proud of the citizens of America, and am increasingly so as I see the way they are stepping up and fighting for not only THEIR rights -- but what IS right. The Tea Party Express was amazing, and what was even more amazing was the way these people, ordinary people remember, could take that microphone and quote the Constitution, pinpointing exactly where the government is going wrong. Oh, but I forgot, the Constitution is outdated. Apparently it doesn't work anymore. Can YOU stand by while YOUR government is threatening you like that? We are the best, most free nation in the world. Why? Because our founding fathers and the CONSTITUTION that they WROTE that we have been LIVING BY. I mean, it apparently works to some extent, am I right? Or do we just have too many rights? Well, I suppose they can just take it and twist it to mean what they want it to mean, such as Separation of Church and state, which by the way word for word does not appear in the constitution, it says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The words that they use now to describe this part of the constitution came from a letter Thomas Jefferson wrote in a letter on January first, 1802, to the Danbury Baptists. He was REASSURING them that the government could in no way interfere in their business, because there was "A wall of separation between the church and the state". This means, yes, you guessed it, RELIGION was being protected from the government.
But of course, it has been turned around to mean the exact opposite and you can now get sued for praying in a public school. How ridiculous is that? Okay, if that's the case, I say Gay people can't express themselves because that's pushing their views on me. See how that sounds? That was sarcasm, by the way. It's just ridiculous.
If you have forgotten, whether you're religious or not, this country was founded on the principles of freedom or religion. Why did they leave England? Exactly. Don't forget that.
Anyway, that was a major unintended rant. I guess though, the only other option since religion is now evil and banned from public, we must become a communist nation. Doesn't that sound like fun? I can't wait until the government dictates when and how I breathe.
If you've heard of the new 56, you probably watch Glenn Beck. So far as I know, we already have two anonymous senate/congress members who are ready to stop the corruption that is poisoning is as we speak. I may only be nineteen years old, but I am MORE than ready for a change.
